Technical Trainer - Automotive

Location:
Bracknell, with occasional travel to Doncaster

Salary:
£40,000, car allowance + excellent benefits package

The Technical Trainer will carry out the delivery of Car Technical Training (with the opportunity for delivery of Motorcycle / Marine training upskilling) to the retail network of our client with some occasional delivery may be required from our satellite trainingcentre.

The primary role will be to deliver Car Technical training as per syllabus to the UK network. Internal brand and product training will be provided.
As a Technical Trainer you will be responsible for:

Delivering motor vehicle technical training to brand and industry standards.
Supporting technical training content updates.
Maintaining a safe working environment in the training workshops, classrooms and training centre.
Delivering positive success and satisfaction rates from delegate feedback through training delivery excellence.
Using the Learning Management System to monitor and maintain the quality of the training provision.
Attending customer sponsored "Train The Trainer Workshops" to learn more about delivery in the local market.
A technical background (automotive Technician) and work experience in a Dealership.
Willingness to travel between sites in Doncaster and Bracknell.
Experience of delivering training and or a training qualification.
High level of organisational skills and selfmotivation.
Recognised industry qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent).
DBS clearance required to work with young people. Paid for by the company.
