Duties involved:


  • To develop and support staff/departments to implement projects as outlined in a digital systems improvement plan.
  • System Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Systems Coordinator to deliver digital systems
  • Support the development, testing and implementation of digital projects across the organisation focussing on improving processes, integration and efficiency, improving user experience and engagement, and maximising the benefits of the Guild's digital investment.

Skills required:

Good general education, typically to degree standard, including Maths and English at least to GCSE or equivalent

  • Experience of project management and participating in systems implementation projects
  • Experience of designing and delivering training
  • Ability to use standard office software including spreadsheets
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely in writing or verbally, with excellent standards of written and spoken English
  • Ability to take a constructive and cooperative approach to solving problems, working with systems users to explore and identify solutions to processes and systems problems
