Key duties and responsibilities:


  • Daytoday coordination of the website, sales reports, product data and content uploads, website maintenance, SEO (image optimisation, key search terms and metadata), site merchandising and customer management
  • Explore new development initiatives following UX/UI best practices and manage the development roadmap with the Ecommerce Manage
  • Work closely with the development agency on new development (improved UX and new initiatives) and support for the website (software patches) and ensuring thorough testing
  • Manage flat and support model shoots, including sample coordination, shoot guidelines and provide comments for retouching. Liaise with retouching team on all feedback ensuring this is delivered on time for all department's requirements
  • Manage thirdparty analytics tools such as Hotjar and GA to provide insight and improve ecommerce conversion
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure all online content, homepage assets, 'Casa World' entries, mega menus and product merchandising are aligned to meet all requirements for ecommerce and digital marketing calendar
  • Support Ecommerce Manager to constantly monitor and strive to improve website performance; speed and user journey, categories, product campaigns and seasonal sales
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager to run daily, weekly, and monthly sales analyses
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager and work with the Logistics Team to monitor stock levels, faulty stock, maintain the warehouse performance and improve ecommerce logistics
  • Work with Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the relationship with the Digital Agency to ensure spend is maximised for best results across social and paid search
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager on POS projects and provide training and continuous support
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager on packaging reorders, payment plans and oversee developments with external parties
  • Support customer services dealing with customer queries, returns and exchanges, fraud checks, stock availability, faulty stock and quality assurance from time to time
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an ecommerce role with knowledge of Shopify or a similar platform
  • BA or BS degree in related fields preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop) is desired
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills, positive attitude with the ability to adapt to the brand's tone of voice
  • Understands emerging technologies such as
    Hotjar
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
£29,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
