Lawray Architects is looking for an experiencedArchitectural Technologist to join our thriving chartered practice.
Our expertise spans education, residential, commercial, bluelight, and industrial sectors, whilst our supportive and welcoming environment allows agile working and collaboration with our other studios on projects throughout the UK.
We are currently located in CF15 7AB, with exciting plans to relocate to a vibrant, modern studio in central Cardiff within the next 12 months

The Role
You will be working alongside architects, consultants and contractors to provide technical expertise to realise the client's vision whilst ensuring that solutions are delivered to a high standard on site.
With excellent technical and construction knowledge you will be responsible for carrying out surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments and due diligence of design and construction information together with preparing working drawing packages in Revit.
- 3+ years postqualification industry experience
- Strong technical abilities, proficiency in Revit essential
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- An enthusiastic attitude, collaborative, with a desire to embrace new and innovative thinking

£32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
