_ We are seeking a Team Leader to join the Group Living Services (GLS).

This is a full time permanent position working 35 hours per week, salary:
£27,050.50 per annum._
You will assist the Service Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the services we offer in Bradford. Agile working is required to support the service, which may including working some evening, weekend and statutory holidays. We offer great benefits including 6 weeks 'annual leave plus statutory holidays, a contributory pension scheme and much more.

The role:

You will be responsible for supporting the Service Manager in the operational management of the service to uphold the high standards across the service and to ensure regulatory and contractual standards are maintained.

You will have the skills required to lead, manage, motivate and develop colleagues within a support service environment.

You will have knowledge and understanding of young people in a group home setting, and help to create a safe, supportive and empowering environment.

You will be working as part of a team across all three GLS sites to ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are consistently met and best practice is applied.

This role requires a valid driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes.
