JOB TITLE:
DEPLOYMENT HUB SENIOR RECRUITER


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Deputise Deployment Hub Team Leader.
  • Act as focal point for Client queries, (internal and external interfaces)
  • Plan, resource and execute work to achieve business deliverables.
  • Assist Team Leaders in defining the priorities of workloads, planning, and assigning work.
  • Mentor Trainee Deployment Hub Recruiters and support them in meeting their development plan milestones.
  • Build and maintain Hub team and client relationships.
  • Sourcing of adhoc Personnel in line with the BMS adhoc Resourcing Process.
  • Ensure Personnel meet client matrix requirements.
  • Coordinate with administrators, mobilisations for staff in line with company induction processes.
  • Ensure Administrators liaise with customer logistics for mobilisation requirements.
  • Engage with offshore employees and site management team regarding any enquiries, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Provide advice and support to solve problems, make improvements and maintain progress.
  • Update and maintain all required company systems i.e. Power BI, Portal, RDB, Taleo etc.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports to Team Leader on operational activity.
  • Monitor risks and review the effectiveness of measures for controlling them.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Deployment Hub team processes and procedures.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Obtain and evaluate feedback information (past lessons learned/operations feedback).
  • Liaise with coordinators to ensure suitable absence cover can be sourced.
  • Meeting medevacs and escorting to company medical provider(s) as required.
  • Maintain and issue weekly site tracker with information relating to Absence, Ad hoc mobs, HR & HSE issues using power BI data.
  • ATS and RDB Champion for Logistics and Recruitment
  • Audits, team training and ongoing updates.
  • Attend weekly site calls.
  • Monthly reporting for functional support.
  • Ensure hub delivery is in compliance with contract KPIs.
  • Participate in Deployment Hub Operations on call team.
  • Manage Deployment Hub Oncall rota.
  • Encourage and consolidate a teambased approach within the Deployment Hub.
  • Proactively support Horizon Zero and Company Health and Safety initiatives.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


  • Good secondary/tertiary education.
  • Familiar with and understand the company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Effective decision making, planning and resource management.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Selfmotivated, enthusiastic and able to work as a team member and liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Effective identification, evaluation and resolution of problems in a timely manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage demanding situations.
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Awareness of project commercial and cost control issues.
  • Ability to liaise with internal teams, offshore personnel and Client effectively.
  • Capable of working on own initiative and with mínimal supervision.

- practical experience in a recruitment or operations based role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

  • Contractor personnel resourcing experience preferable.
  • Oracle experience would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint.
