We have a new opportunity at Commodore Design and are looking for an Operations Support Administrator.What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will provide administrative support and general assistance to the Planning, Procurement and Warehouse departments.
You will raise & manage the day-to-day running of outsourced remedials, including processing orders and ensuring the lead times are met.
You will liaise with Installation Managers, customer care, transport and warehouse to ensure jobs are collected and delivered on time and effectively manage changes and amendments in liaison with the order processing department.
Supporting the Warehouse function with schedules of work, the allocation of workloads, receiving timesheets and other personnel related administration alongside ensuring that systems and databases are accurately updated.
How you qualify for the role
Alongside great organisational and proven administrative skills you will have excellent communication skills that enable you to work effectively with teams across the business in writing and over the phone.
Using your time management skills, you will prioritise your workload and be capable of working both on your own initiative and as a member of team.
