Position:
Apprentice Recruitment Consultant/Management Trainee

What We Offer:

Competitive starting salary while qualifying for the NVQ L3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (Cert RP).
First qualified year OTE (On-Target Earnings) of £50k.

Training:

Year 1: L3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (Cert RP)
Year 2: L4 Diploma in Recruitment Management (DipRM)
Year 3: L5 Diploma in Recruitment Leadership (DipRL)
Year 4: Directorship and shareholding opportunities for exceptional team members

What We Are Looking For:

Highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and effortlessly adapt to a wide range of responsibilities.
