OVERVIEW

  • The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) model was mobilised in 2019 with the purpose of transforming major project delivery at the Sellafield nuclear site. _
  • The partnership brings together KBR, Jacobs, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Altrad Babcock and Sellafield Ltd to deliver a 20year pipeline of major infrastructure projects to support the decommissioning of Sellafield and to create a clean and safe environment for future generations._

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Role:


The project administrator will help the Project Manager and wider project team in the administration and co-ordination of the project.

The position requires an organised individual due to the fast-paced environment they will be working within.

An understanding of the project lifecycle is preferred but not essential.


Responsibilities:


  • Production of key project meeting minutes; Project Board Meeting, Document Review Meeting, Design Committee, Mission Control & others.
  • Ensuring the project resource tracker is up to date and aligns with the forecast. Regular engagement with the project leads and resource manager for progress and updates.
  • Be the focal point for IT related issues and raising requests.
  • Submitting project safety observations to PPP and reviewing entries with Project Manager monthly.
  • Prepare and distribute project materials to stakeholders ahead of meetings.
  • Schedule meetings across both Microsoft Teams and within office meeting rooms.
  • Arrange workshops and social events for project.
  • Utilise software such as Power BI to produce visuals for the project to show progress.
  • Maintain the project meeting calendar to understand meeting requirements and frequency.
  • Collation of Engineering delivery information to support the weekly SQCDP meeting.
  • Onboarding of new project team members including tracking of training required.
  • Ordering required office equipment such as screens, keyboards, mice, etc.
  • Maintain project annual leave calendar.
  • Raise any office issues to project team.
  • Update project action tracker.
  • Maintain project ADT (Aligned Delivery Team) organogram when new roles are raised / when new members start the team.
  • Review and update project SQEP & Training register.
  • Providing procedures upon request from the Sellafield Management System.
  • Updating the Project Induction Presentation.

Systems used; previous experience preferred but not essential:

  • ProjectWise (document management system)
  • SharePoint
  • Power BI
  • Visio
  • ViewPoint (document management system)
  • CEMAR (Contract Management)
