Bathroom company is seeking a new sales administrator role to include- Create sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders
- To answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Manage stock levels with the warehouse
- Coordinate call offs and deliveries with construction sites & contractors
- Good computer skills (excel)
- Good customer service skills
- Deal with customer/supplier queries and proactively contact them regarding orders
- Build relationships with key accounts and our valued customers
- Contact suppliers with stock queries
- To assist in other areas of the business during holiday and peak times
- Well organised able to prioritize to deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strength of character
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numerical skills
- A knowledge of sage would be beneficial
