GSL Education are seeking to recruit an inspiring and hardworking teaching assistant who will work in a variety of Primary schools in Lincolnshire.

As a Graduate Teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and promoting the academic and social development of schools.

Within this role, you will participate fully in the curriculum and the general life of the school. You are expected to support pupils in reaching their full potential and engage in opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and dynamic to be part of a dedicated, pupil-centered, and forward-thinking staff team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with classroom activities and providing 11 support to students.
Supporting students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements.
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
Assisting with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
Experience in Key Stages 1 and 2 advantageous.
Someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and talented, with a childcentered approach.
