The What


The role of _
Digital Product Specialist_ provides vital support to TAG's valued clients and internal colleagues across all TAG divisions, including corporate, entertainment, and leisure travel with the implementation and configuration of online booking tools.

The position is instrumental to TAG's continued product development and the successful on-boarding and on-going user experience and training.

Here are just some of the things you'd be getting involved with:

  • _Provide internal and customer-facing system support for TAG's digital client-facing technology._
- _Support day-to-day system updates, configurational changes, testing and system maintenance tasks_
- _Validate, review and monitor site escalations received from both external clients and internal colleagues._
- _Deliver system training to external clients and internal staff via online demonstrations or in-person meetings where necessary._
- _Lead client-facing implementation projects (based on scope and complexity) across the TAG digital product suite._
- _Create internal and customer-facing information documentation to ensure a smooth handover of new accounts at go-live and into business as usual._
- _Ensure all documentation for Digital products are maintained and distributed where applicable._
- _Work closely with and support the Account Management and global Sales teams as required for new business processes, including the delivery of product demonstrations and assisting with functionality queries and best practice._

For this role, you would be working a flexible pattern of 8-hour shifts (including 1 hour lunch break) between the times of 12:00pm midday and 22:00pm._We work flexibly to accommodate our TAG team colleagues, meaning on occasion there could be requirements outside of normal working hours to manage time zones and other work commitments.


As a Digital Product Specialist there are several credentials and attributes which would be advantageous, but a determined attitude and willingness to learn, are equally important.

- _Experience of SAP Concur Travel implementation processes and procedures Required_
- _Detailed knowledge of the SAP Concur Travel product Required_
- _Travelport GDS experience and competency Required_
- _Travel industry professional, with prior customer-facing agent booking experience Required_
- _Knowledge of alternative global online travel booking tools alongside an understanding of API and data integration platforms Preferred_
- _ITIL/Service based and Project Management qualifications or experience Preferred_
- _Proficient in the use of MS Office suite Required_
- _Proven record of working in a fast-paced environment Required_


The Where and When
This is a full-time role based in London or Manchester. You will report into the Online Product Implementation Manager, who is also based in Manchester.

There are other regional teams based in the US, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore that you may work closely with too.
