We are looking to recruit an administrator to join our 0-19 public health team comprised of health visiting and school nursing services in Bracknell Forest working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an established team of administrators and with a range of professionals, providing key administration support to our teams.

The core service operates during the hours 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

You will be working in an environment where staff are committed to creating a culture where everyone has a voice and where service users and staff collaborate to have a direct impact on the things that matter most.


The primary role of the Team Administrator is to facilitate effective administrative and secretarial support to the Bracknell Forest 0-19 Teams working alongside the 0-19 admin team lead and other administrators.

Working mainly without supervision and using own initiative.

Being an integral part of an administrative team managing the nocturnal enuresis caseload


Support to the school health screening with administrative tasks of the National Child measurement Programme (NCMP) and booking of health visitor related appointments.

Sending out health related information and questionnaires as required and take appointment bookings.

Be a point of contact for clients, health professionals, social workers and other colleagues within BHFT ensuring appropriate and immediate action is taken
