Residential Care Worker
St Mary's school and college is a non-maintained residential special school. We support pupils who have a wide range of pupils who have SEND.

St Mary's is based on the south east coast of England in Bexhill, East Sussex and we cater for both residential and day pupils aged 7 to 19.


We are seeking to recruit Residential care worker to work within a small, dedicated team who are responsible for providing support to pupils within our residential setting.


You will need to be positive, kind and caring, with basic knowledge of the care and support needs of pupils with special educational needs (NVQ level 3 is required) and a commitment to providing outstanding support to those within our care.

We can offer a strong and friendly staff team, wonderful pupils to work with and a positive work environment.

The successful applicant will work to a shift rota, which will include evenings and alternate weekends, during term time. Shifts are set on a 2- week rota basis, 36 hours per week.
