Store Manager | £33k-£35k | Weston-Super-Mare | 12 month Fixed term contract

Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading retailer as their new Store Manager in a fantastic store in Weston-Super-Mare As a Store Manager will be able to manage, motive and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to newand long-term clients and customers.

We are looking to recruit a leader on a 12 month fixed term contract, however, with multiple stores in the area, there will be long term opportunities.

This is an amazing opportunity with a retailer who are growing can demonstrate consistently strong results and have plans to push forward in the next 12 months.

As a store manager, you will be able to demonstrate a strong management career in retail, hospitalityor leisure - our client has the ability to develop people at all levels

Key Points for our new Store Manager:

This is a multi-functional role that covers all aspects of commercial and operational management
with several departments in store you will have several touch points in the store and be able to drive sales consistently.
Ensure that all daytoday operational aspects of the store are managed effectively.
As a Store Manager you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service.
We want a retail leader who is excited to be managing and controlling budgets and driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained.
