Our client is looking for a welder fitter in the Droitwich area

Job Title:
Welder / fitter

Area:
Droitwich

Hours:
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 39 hours overtime (Single shift)

Salary:
£13-14 ph.

Welding
Fabricating
Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff and smooth surfaces.
Tack welding fabricated parts together.
Ensure tolerances and parameters are met to satisfy quality and output.
Work as part of a team to produce orders on time
Check products for compliance with specifications and quality requirements. Repair / rework as required.
To check welding plant / equipment prior to and after use highlighting any faults/ defects to the Toolroom Manager

Experience:

- using saws folding work doing deliveries every now and again

Experienced in MIG and welding with the ability to read engineering drawings
Experience in overhead crane operation is an essential requirement given the size of fabrications that we work on.
Other related fitting experience would be advantageous.
