The role:


At Huel, Paid and Organic social are key acquisition-driving channels, so it's vital we continue to develop the best-in-class content that hits KPIs and ultimately appeals to our global audience of Hueligans.

We make it a priority to connect with our Hueligans on a day-to-day basis, bringing fresh, engaging, innovative content across a variety of channels including, Print, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Reddit, Retail, CRM and Web.


To help us continue doing this, we're now looking for a Junior Content Designer to join us who wants to contribute to Huels growth by taking our established paid and organic channels to the next level with their own unique stamp and creative ideas.

This role sits within our Creative Hub which is part of the wider Marketing team.

Here's what you will be getting up to:

Content Creation
  • Creating worldclass, innovative content that maximises our potential across print, paid and organic channels. You'll be getting involved with inhouse photo and video shoots too.

Supporting Art Direction :


  • Working with the product and strategy teams on how new product campaigns should look.

Creative Strategy:


  • Collaborating with our marketing teams to ensure we are following our creative concept roadmap, driven by a testandlearn approach.

Analytics:


  • Working alongside the Performance marketing and organic social teams to understand what drives success from a creative and messaging standpoint.

Branding:


  • Ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all marketing and communications.

Growth:


  • Optimising our creative ideation, production and execution to help achieve acquisition, revenue and customer LTV targets.

The role will ideally be based out of our HQ in Tring, Hertfordshire 2 days per week, but there is also the opportunity to work from our London office 1 day a week too.

What we're looking for in you:

Being fluent in the Adobe suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign will be
a must for this role.

Ideally, you'll have around 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience designing ads for direct response campaigns either for a digital creative agency or in-house creative team but whats more important is that you have strong design skills.


You'll have experience implementing a test-and-learn approach to creative design and you'll have the ability to work to a limited brief, using your own creativity to bring out the best ads for Huel.
