About the role onsite with Anglian Water
We are halfway through our latest Asset Management Period, known as AMP 7 and this will see us deliver a £1.2bn programme of work until 2025 and with an even larger portfolio of work yet to come, recruiting and retaining the best talent is essential.
What will you be doing as our new Recruitment Advisor?
What you'll be doing Key responsibilities**:
- Undertake direct sourcing to support current and future resourcing requirements
- Optimise the Application Tracking System (Workday) and BI Power Dashboard to understand key recruitment metrics and establish trends and patterns to drive improvements and different ways of working to meet our established resource plan/forecast
- Take a lead on arranging, facilitating and hosting assessment centres and hiring manager training sessions
- Understand areas of improvement by participating in project work relating to recruitment, on boarding and retention
