Project Manager - Lutterworth

Job summary

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering internal strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's central objectives.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning – Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Stakeholder Management – Engage and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Budget Management – Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial compliance.
• Risk & issue Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively before they turn to issues. Address and resolve any issues without delay
• Governance & Reporting – Provide regular status updates and ensure adherence to PMO governance.
• Change Management – Drive adoption of new processes and systems across impacted teams.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and business requirements.
• Issue Resolution – Address and resolve project issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Continuous Improvement – Contribute to refining PMO processes and best practices.
• Scope & Requirements Management – Define and control project scope, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and agreed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of M&A & disposal processes, artefacts, requirements and activities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Risk and issue management expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams / projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen for budget management.
