Are you an experienced in-house healthcare recruiter looking for a new challenge?
Our client is a forward thinking complex care provider, driven by strong values, underpinned by robust systems and processes.

This 'Good' CQC rated provider is embarking on a journey of growth this year, looking to double in size, and is expanding its London based recruitment team to help it do so.


Core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Writing compelling job adverts that attract the best talent
  • Utilising job boards and social media to generate new applicants
  • Ensuring the ATS system is maintained and fully up to date at all times
  • Taking ownership of the rostering of staff for all new mobilisations until the team is complete and transitioned to the care coordination team
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the recruitment needs of the business are met
  • Delivering set KPIs

Applicant requirements:

  • Experience as a recruiter in the care sector
  • Outgoing, positive approach to work
  • Great communication skills
  • Team player
  • Able to work in the London Bridge office 4 days a week (M, T, T, F)
