Full-time position, Monday to Thursday 8:45 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 8:45 am to 5:00 pm, and one in three Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

What will you be doing?_

As a Valuation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting property valuations in the local area
Cultivating strong relationships with vendors
Advising clients on optimal pricing strategies
Converting valuations into instructions
Managing contracts and ensuring legal compliance
Accurate property listings and details
Meeting or exceeding individual and team targets
Informing vendors about additional services
Generating new and repeat business
Crafting property descriptions, brochures, and floorplans
Key Requirements _
12 months industry experience
Excellent communication skills
Professional and organized
Strong negotiation skills
Adaptable and driven to meet or exceed targets
Willingness to learn and develop skills
Local area knowledge
Industryrelated professional qualification (e.g., RICS, NAEA, or NFOPP) is advantageous
