We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Representative to join our Settlements Control team. This role is located in The Royal Liver Building Liverpool - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a medium sized team.
Directs, motivates, and develops support staff, maximising their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Manages the team's support of comprehensive, riskbased reviews of existing and emerging regulatory requirements.
Reviews reporting produced by the team and appropriately handles and escalates where appropriate.
Contributes to the assessment and validation of control processes to ensure compliance with laws rules and regulations.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experienced Team Leader required.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry required.
Trade Settlement experience preferred.
