A Supervising Social Worker is required for the Fostering Team in a South Yorkshire Authority.

As a Supervising Social worker your responsibilities will include Supervising and Managing a caseload of Foster Carers, Recruiting and Assessing potential carers, delivering training for Foster Carers and support when required.


  • At least 2 years postqualification experience (and 5 years of references)
  • Social work degree or equivalent (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW)
  • Experience working as a Supervising Social Worker
  • SWE Registration
  • DBS
  • Full, clean driving licence
