We are looking for a Legal Intern to carry out a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain entry level experience and skills within a legal function.

Your Tasks:

Conducting legal research in various areas of law.
Drafting, filing, and managing various business entity documents.
Maintain and update records.
Review and negotiate form contracts such as nondisclosure agreements, service agreements and statements of work.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on internal standard processes, operational matters as well as special projects.
Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding risks presented by contract terms and possible strategies to mitigate such risks.
Organization of records and file materials within various electronic document management systems.
Maintain and develop legal knowledge base.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree or final stage placement year to complete degree.
Excellent organization skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and related software packages.
A team player with a strong work ethic.
Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills along with the ability to use discretion and good judgement.
Dedicated, with precise attention to detail and who is able to manage a workload in time.
Confident and professional in written and spoken English.
