Join CGI as an Junior EUC Engineer, supporting our exciting, high-profile client base in Milton Keynes
Your future duties and responsibilities

Working for CGI, onsite at one of our automotive clients our EUC Engineers are responsible for monitoring and responding to incidents, catalogue task and problem tickets.

As a Junior EUC Engineer you will be integrated into and become part of a dynamic teamresponsible for the onsite IT requirements and the day-to-day delivery of service from CGI.

Key Activities
Configuration, deployment, and support of end user hardware (laptops, desktops, Mobile phones etc)
Performing daily system checks.
Maintaining and updating Config Management/ CI database
Maintenance and creation of technical documentation as required
Responding to client support requests.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Delivery/ stock management.
Providing basic user knowledge transfer in computer operation and management.
Completion of IMAC requests
Windows 10 Support
Office 365 Support
Support Senior Engineers
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
You will have demonstrable experience within a digital workplace or end-user environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Adaptable style to be able to get and convey the right information to the client
Customer focused and professional
Desire to learn and personal development
Administration
Attention to detail will be key,
Wide variation of technical awareness.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Previous knowledge or use of ServiceNow, SCCM, MEMC
