About us

Based in Sutton Coldfield, an expanding hire provider is looking for an experienced customer focused individual to join a busy hire desk. This individual will have previous experience in the hire industry and have a high level of administration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Run and manage the on and offhires of plant, tools & equipment.
  • Administration including raising hires and sales paperwork.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Cold calling customers to offer our services.
  • Raise purchase orders and tend to invoice queries.
  • Ensure the completion of spreadsheets.


To be successful in this role you must have previously worked as a Hire controller, Service Administrator, Service Co-Ordinator, Hire Administrator, Hire Coordinator, Plant Administrator, Hire Controller or Administrator.


Skills of the Hire Controller

  • Excellent IT skills and be confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Selfmotivated and have strong communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Customer service skills
