About us
Based in Sutton Coldfield, an expanding hire provider is looking for an experienced customer focused individual to join a busy hire desk. This individual will have previous experience in the hire industry and have a high level of administration skills.
Responsibilities
- Run and manage the on and offhires of plant, tools & equipment.
- Administration including raising hires and sales paperwork.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Cold calling customers to offer our services.
- Raise purchase orders and tend to invoice queries.
- Ensure the completion of spreadsheets.
To be successful in this role you must have previously worked as a Hire controller, Service Administrator, Service Co-Ordinator, Hire Administrator, Hire Coordinator, Plant Administrator, Hire Controller or Administrator.
Skills of the Hire Controller
- Excellent IT skills and be confident using Microsoft Office.
- Selfmotivated and have strong communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Customer service skills
