Payroll Clerk Key Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with clients, employee and HMRC queries
  • Reconciliations of payroll information
  • Checking employees are up to date with national minimum wage
  • Helping to manage the payroll and deal with queries
  • Processing amendments
  • Producing reports as and when required
  • Any adhoc duties that may be required

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Payroll Clerk:


  • Experience working in a payroll position
  • Be immediately available
  • Experience in data entry
  • Experience in administration role
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Strong maths skills
