Optime Group are excited to be recruiting Constructive Operatives to support ongoing improvement works at Heathrow Airport. All positions offer full-time hours plus overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company offering excellent conditions and facilities.


What's on offer:


  • Rate of Pay:


  • Basic rate £11.0

  • Overtime £13.8
  • Saturday's 16.5
  • Sunday's £19.3
  • Shifts: Day and Night shifts available
  • Enhanced rates of pay for overtime/weekend shifts
  • Free parking

What you'll be doing:


  • Assisting construction projects at Heathrow Airport
  • Moving pallets between locations
  • Helping with deliveries
  • Tidying up after projects are finished
  • Traffic Marshalling
  • Any other adhoc tasks to help with project delivery
  • Holding a valid CSCS labourer card
  • Physically fit
  • Team player
  • Take pride in your work
  • Previous experience in labouring/construction desirable
  • Must be able to provide 5year working history
