Sabio Recruitment are looking for an office based individual with knowledge of fixings and fasteners in a local company with an expanding national customer base.

The individual would have current fixings experience and high quality customer service skills.


Hours of work:

Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 16:45

No weekend work.


Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience and previous roles.


Key responsibilities:


  • Ensure the best quality of service to customers.
  • Approach customers and recommend the most appropriate product or service to meet their requirements.
  • Lead the sales process from end to end.
  • Manage any returns or customer complaints.
  • Answer phone calls and provide customer service.
  • Maintain the customer database.
  • Actively search for new customers and business, through knowledge of products and services.

You should:


  • Have experience with fixings and fasteners.
  • Has the ability to engage with new customers and seek new business opportunities.
  • Have an excellent phone manner.
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team or under own initiative.
  • Have a positive attitude to work.
  • Have understanding of Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
