In this role, you'll be at the helm of:

Strategic Survey Initiatives: Stock condition survey programs for prestigious large-scale schemes, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful results.

The successful Stock Condition Surveyor will:

Conducting site visits
Inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that showcase your attention to detail.
Write articulate reports that communicate findings effectively.
Demonstrate finesse in diary management, a key element in ensuring operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison.

Requirements:

You will previously have worked in the Construction industry as a Stock Condition Surveyor
Experience working on residential buildings
A constructionrelated degree and/or 5 years of experience, a testament to your commitment to excellence.
Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency.
A full UK driving licence and have access to your vehicle
Topnotch organisational skills, punctuality, and excellent written and verbal communication.
A strong commitment to health and safety standards, aligning with our corporate ethos.
