Pastoral Support Assistant

Grade 5 Point 7-8, Pro Rata salary £18,842 - £19,125 per annum.

Monday to Friday: 37 hours pw, Term Time Only (38 weeks)

We are looking to recruit a Pastoral Support Assistant to support the Heads of Year and Leadership team.

This is a varied role which includes:

1. Key support for the Head of Year, playing a crucial role in providing comprehensive pastoral support to a year group.

2. Responsibility for addressing the day-to-day concerns of students, parents and staff members, ensuring a positive and inclusive school environment.

3. Handling parental enquiries, supervising students, assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the overall well-being of students through mentoring and behavioural management.

Core hours are worked Monday - Friday with a start time of 08.15am.

Closing Date 09.00am Monday 4th September 2023

Salary:
£18,842.00-£19,125.00 per year
