We are supporting a independent school in West Berkshire hire a Head of MFL covering a from January 2024 or September 2023.

French is introduced from Nursery, taught from Reception and Spanish taught from Year 5.
Mixed private school for boys and girls aged 3-13 years old.
Smaller class sizes & higher than state school salary & other perks / benefits.
1 hour into Central London via Reading. Idyllic set in 150 acres of parkland.

This Head of MFL role requires you to have QTS & experience of being integral in French & Spanish specialist.

Also to be an existing & proven Spanish & French teacher, able to work alongside the Assistant MFL languages teacher.

You will need to teach MFL Common Entrance and Scholarship in Year 8 as well as senior school entry assessments.

The ability and willingness to become involved in the sporting, extra-curricular and pastoral life of this busy day and boarding school will be an advantage for a Pre-Prep teacher.

You do not have to be a Christian to teach here, but be supportive of this faith.
