Property Coordinator
Company Overview:
Turn Home Ventures and Teao Solutions are leading property management companies specializing in providing serviced accommodation and property solutions.
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Property Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service for our clients and tenants.
Responsibilities:
1.
Liaising with Landlords:
- Communicate regularly with property owners to address their concerns, provide updates, and ensure a strong landlordtenant relationship.
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlord inquiries and requests.
2.
Liaising with Guests/Tenants:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and tenants, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate checkins, checkouts, and respond to guest queries to ensure a positive experience.
3.
Maintenance Issues:
- Handle maintenance requests efficiently, coordinating with relevant parties and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain a record of all maintenance requests and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
4.
Updating Cleaners with Timetables and Bookings:
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and bookings, ensuring properties are wellmaintained and prepared for guest arrivals.
- Communicate cleaning requirements to the cleaning team and monitor their performance.
5.
Finding Serviced Accommodation Deals (Turn Home Ventures Only):
- Identify potential serviced accommodation deals in the market through research and networking.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best deals for the company.
6.
Viewing Scheduled Viewings (Turn Home Ventures Only):
- Attend scheduled viewings of properties to assess suitability for the serviced accommodation portfolio.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding potential properties.
7.
Tenant Issues and Maintenance Issues (Teao Solutions Only):
- Handle tenant issues and concerns in a professional and prompt manner.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors, ensuring highquality work and costeffective solutions.
8.
Liaising with Builders (Teao Solutions Only):
- Communicate with builders and contractors for property renovations, repairs, or improvements.
- Oversee projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
9.
Organizing Viewings for Empty Rooms (Teao Solutions Only):
- Coordinate viewings for vacant properties, responding to inquiries, and showcasing available units to potential tenants.
10.
Arranging Bills for New Properties (Teao Solutions Only):
- Arrange utility connections and billing for newly acquired properties, ensuring smooth moveins for tenants.
11.
Spot Checks for Each Property (Teao Solutions Only):
- Conduct regular spot checks at properties to ensure they are wellmaintained and comply with company standards.
12.
Liaising with Cleaners (Teao Solutions Only):
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and standards with the cleaning team, ensuring properties are presented at their best.
13.
Liaising with Landlords (Teao Solutions Only):
- Maintain a strong relationship with property owners, addressing their concerns, and providing regular updates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£21,300.68-£35,000.00 per year
