Description

Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a large Housing Association to recruit a Roofer for a Temporary contract - undertaking works across the London areas.

This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.


Duties:


  • Working knowledge of housing and building roofing works.
  • Dress lead, tile, carry out gutter works and at times chimneys repairs.
  • Pre and Post inspection works.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Work is recorded to a PDA and/or Smartphone.
  • Roofing repair including experience with fitting tiles, roofing felt, GRP, rubber roofs, flashing, guttering, facias and soffits.
  • This role will involve working at heights.

  • Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • 2+ years' experience within a similar trade role
