    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our team at West Burton. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in shaping and influencing our stakeholders across regional and local levels.

    The successful candidate will develop and deploy strategies to build and strengthen our reputation, foster excellent stakeholder relationships, and lead site-based communications and engagement plans. This includes tracking sentiment, representing the programme at regional events, and identifying new engagement opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Site-Based Communications and Engagement: Develop and deliver site-based communications and engagement plans, focusing on regional and local audiences.
    • Enhance Programme Reputation: Develop and deliver plans to represent the programme at regional events in partnership with the Head of Communications and Engagement.
    • Local Supplier Engagement: Develop and deliver strategies to build the local supply chain in partnership with the commercial team.

    Qualifications

    Essential:

    • Extensive experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and community relations.
    • Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
    • Experience in complex, matrixed, programmatic environments.
    • Understanding of the role of national, regional, and local governments in projects like STEP.
