Sales Administrator Job in Poole
Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a leading UK manufacturer based in Poole who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their small, light-hearted team.
The company are offering a varied role where you will be responsible for the administration support within this friendly office.
The Sales Administrator will team up with their Area Sales Representative out in the field, who works closely with business customers on their individual projects.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
- Providing office support to your dedicated Area Sales Representative
- Producing quotations for both trade and retail customers providing exceptional customer service and paying attention to all their needs/enquiries
- Ensuring sales representatives have relevant information for customers in their areas, including current quotes, recent enquiries, orders placed/received, and any issues
- Ensuring Dealers are assisted and advised if potential customers contact us through our main office as quickly as possible
- Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with immediately through our various communication outlets and all Designer enquiries are attended to/forwarded immediately.
- Researching new prospects and passing information on to your Area Sales Representative
- Following up every quote with a personal call to customers, updating the CRM system with relevant information
Knowledge & Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail, highly numerate and accurate at all times especially when under pressure
- Strong orientation to delivering a superior customer experience
- Able to build relationships with a variety of customers
- Highly organised
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range £22K£24K
- Hours 09:00 5:30 pm (5:00 pm in Winter), 1 hour lunch
- 20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays
