We deliver high quality Section 11 Housing disrepair reports in an efficient manner on behalf of a panel of solicitors through a simple to use app.

Due to continued growth we are looking for Building Surveyors with experience of preparing part 35 reports in line with Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenants act and Homes Act 2018 (Fitness for Human Habitation)


Requirements:


Experience of carrying out residential surveys, with an understanding of housing defects and be able to address causation.

Responsibilities:

• You will be expected to make access arrangements for the inspections
• Travel will be required as ASG offer inspections across Leeds and Yorkshire.

Pay:
£450.00-£600.00 per day


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Flexitime
