Proactive Selection is currently working on behalf of our client, an esteemed and well-regarded Medical Health Insurance business running an in-house CRM system developed in C# and SQL Server.
Our client is expanding the marketing team and seeking a talented and experienced digital marketing & SEO professional to join their team.

Role Overview:
As a digital marketing & SEO professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving online visibility, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing search engine rankings for our client's medical health insurance business.
You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals and work on various digital marketing strategies to ensure the company's continued success in the competitive market.
Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify valuable target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Develop and implement onpage and offpage SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Regularly monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics, and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes to proactively adjust SEO strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insightful reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign performance.
Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to attract and engage the target audience.
- Conduct competitor research and industry analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Leverage content management systems (CMS) to publish and distribute content effectively.
Website Management:
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the website is optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor website performance, including page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and user behavior, and implement improvements accordingly.
- Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Indepth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and the latest trends.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools, web analytics platforms, and CMS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Detailoriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
