Description

One of the businesses in our fire solutions division is UK Dry Riser Ltd., a successful and expanding planned maintenance company, specialising in installation of wet and dry riser systems.


Role

The purpose of the role is to control the materials and equipment delivered to and taken out of the Store / Warehouse, ensuring stock is available to fulfil client works as required.


  • Ordering materials for UK Dry Risers labour
  • Requesting and updating Purchase Orders from PTSG Procurement and Finance Teams
  • Assigning supplier invoices to UK Dry Risers Orders
  • Submitting stock reports
  • Requesting stock deliveries
  • Requesting materials and parcel collections
  • Booking labour accommodation and car parking
  • Covering warehouse duties in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor
  • Assisting Warehouse Supervisor as required
  • Assist other PTSG companies with stock control / warehouse tasks as directed

Essential Criteria

  • Previous administration experience required
  • T skills (i.e., Microsoft Packages excel, outlook, word)
  • Proactive, collaboration and meticulous approach to work
  • Ability to assess risks within a warehouse / stores environment
  • Team player
  • Flexible and dynamic approach to all tasks
  • Organised and ability to multitask
  • Training to be provided on forklift truck
