Reed Practice East Anglia are pleased to be partnering with a regional firm who, due to their extreme success, haveexpanded their operations with a new office in Ipswich.

They have enlisted our services to recruit an experienced Portfolio/Client Manager from an accountancy practice, to oversee the new office, the existing client portfolio, and the new team.

This is an amazing chance for you to make the job your own, to fully use all your expertise and truly add value to the firm.

With a direct reporting line to the Partners and supported by the accounts team in their Head Office, initially your technical duties will include producing year end accounts, and the preparation of CIS, VAT, corporate and personal tax returns for your ownportfolio clients.

Once established, you will have the direct responsibility to grow your own team, from selection and recruitment to the training, and mentoring of the new employees.

You will play a fundamental part with the expansion of the firm and will support the Partners in networking and business development to grow your portfolio.

Other projects will include a review of the firms' systems, making suggestions to improvement ofprocesses and procedures.
