Description

Our client, a highly regarded manufacturing business, with a stellar reputation for providing unrivalled services to the construction industry, is looking to source a top calibre Finance Director, initially on an interim basis.

Reporting to the CEO, youwill actively contribute to strategic planning, forecasting and compliance.
Aside from financial management, you'll partner closely with the Senior Management Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation, in a role that will provide a huge amount of challenge and reward.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the management of the financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting process.
Providing strategic financial advice to the leadership team.
Managing and developing the finance team.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and management experience.
Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or related industry.
Strong financial acumen and experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
