We're looking for a
Graduate Marketing Operations Agent to join
Reuters Events, a global conferencing and events company within
Thomson Reuters.

Here, you'll join our collaborative team and work on a range of operational marketing activities that ensure the commercial success of our various portfolios of events.


Reuters Events deliver
world-class conferences and content across the globe, and work with industry leaders and visionaries to provide the critical intelligence that senior level executives need to make strategic decisions.


About the Role
As a
Graduate Marketing Operations Agent,** you will be responsible for:

  • Operating our marketing automation software to identify and segment bespoke B2B audiences as well as to build marketing collateral for our events.
  • Reporting and providing data on the marketing campaigns you are responsible for.
  • Handling administrative duties in a marketing setting and using time management tools to keep on top of your workload.
  • Collaborating with various departments across Reuters Events to ensure the commercial success of our conferences.

About You
You're a fit for the role of
Graduate
Marketing Operations Agent if you:

  • Have a degree in any discipline with a keen interest in marketing.
  • Are a quick learner and able to pick up relatively complex systems and processes quickly.
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills (this is highly desirable).
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Are a collaborative team player who is enthusiastic, and able to work and communicate effectively with people across the business.
  • Have a good degree of computer literacy. (It's not a requirement, but we'd love to hear more about any experience you may have with Salesforce or HTML).
