Senior Sales Negotiator

Hours - Monday - Friday - 9am - 6:00pm (Every other Saturday with 1 day back in lieu)


Salary - Negotiable depending on experience + commission


Location - Longlevens (parking included)

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a tenacious and self-driven estate agent, that has a strong knowledge of the Gloucestershire housing market.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced estate agent who is looking for their next step and wants to come in and really make a difference in helping drive our ongoing growth.


What are we looking for in the Senior Sales Negotiator?


We are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running and bring experience to of all aspects of the role.

It is important that this person is self-motivated and wants to work with the wider team to deliver the best service possible.


Due to the nature of the role you will also need a Full UK Driving licence and own your own car.


What will the Senior Sales Negotiator role entail?


Working closely with our Directors and other negotiators the Senior Negotiators main roles is to generate and conduct valuations, conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.

Whilst building and maintain a strong client relationship and consistently delivering exceptional service.

  • Carrying out valuations & measure ups
  • Creating property brochure and putting live once take on has been agreed
  • Identify client requirements and matching them to those to in our property portfolio
  • Carrying out viewings on live properties, making offers and completing offer documents whilst ensuing that you are following all compliance checks
  • Building a great relationship with both our vendors and applicants
  • Working towards individual targets
  • Working with the wider team to hit branch targets
  • Cross selling our Mortgage and Conveyancing services
  • Management of your own time to make sure that you are maximising your appointment time and other activities throughout the week
  • Proactively bringing additional properties to our current property portfolio

Pay:
From £24,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
