Teaching assistant Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Teaching assistant students
- Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction to Teaching assistant students, promoting active participation and academic growth
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles
Teaching assistant Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Teaching assistant
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
