Plumbgas Services Limited is a Plumbing & Heating company based in Stafford. We have a very passionate team who are proud of the level of service we provide our customers. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join and grow within our team.


Job description

Responsibilities:

• Diary management & dealing with customer accounts using our CRM system.
• Booking a variety of jobs or estimates in the correct diaries.
• Problem solving & finding daily solutions, communicating regularly with customers and our engineers.
• Managing emergency diary appointments in a timely manner.
• Dealing with inbound and outbound communications professionally in a fastpaced environment.
• Get to know our customers, listen to them and recognise the right outcomes for their needs.
• Capable of processing and reacting to change in a proactive & positive way.
• Have the ability to exercise initiative and use judgement to make decisions on your own.
• Achieve personal and departmental performance targets to meet business objectives such as selling future work.
• Work well under the daily pressure & have the ability to multitask.
• Filing and maintaining records.
• Be professional, ethical, patient, personable, and knowledgeable; about the company's products and services.

• Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Strong customer service awareness.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and find solutions.
• Positive and enthusiastic approach.

• Work well independently and also as part of the team.

• Microsoft Excel & Word experience.

Experience within a customer service role is essential.
Experience within the Plumbing & Heating industry would be advantageous.


Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
