We are looking for a
Wellbeing Practitioner for our
Access Community Mental Health service a new
Community Services Mental Health Framework (CSF) in B&NES, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) to join our committed and skilled team and you will be working alongside people who are passionate about mental health care and support.

The
Wellbeing Practitioner role is an exciting opportunity work as part of a new community-based service.

These posts will be based in each area delivering a hybrid of community and remote support, working remotely with each other to scope and develop the model.

The service is focused on supporting people from 16+ across community, primary and secondary care pathways (_for Job Description, please visit ).

  • This role will be expected to work weekends and bank holidays, which will be shared on a rota basis with the team. _

Essentials:


  • Experience of working within a mental health service
  • A clean, full driving license and access to a car due to the nature of travel
  • An understanding of a range of skills, preventions, interventions and management linked to wellbeing and personcentred support
  • A sound understanding and knowledge of recovery principles and the role of mental health services across Gloucestershire.
  • GCSE/O Levels education (94/A*C) in Maths & English (or equivalent numeracy and literacy).
  • Degree or Diploma in an appropriate health and social care field, i.e. psychology _Desirable._
  • An accredited qualification with the appropriate professional body (i.e. Health and Care Professions Council, Nursing & Midwifery Council, Charted Management Institute etc.)
  • Desirable

£27,000.00 per year
