Are you currently working long hours in hospitality or retail and would like your weekends free? Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Are you looking for more autonomy in your role and want that feeling of pride in your job?


As part of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing our customers and visitors with a first class experience when attending meetings and events within our spaces.

You will be responsible for completing daily and weekly housekeeping and cleaning tasks, whilst maintaining tea and coffee supplies for all meetings, events and communal spaces.


You will have the responsibility of ensuring your building is maintained and serviced to the highest standard for our customers and you will take a huge amount of pride in your work.


As the Customer Host, you will receive:

  • Monday to Friday 8am
  • 5pm, 40 hours per week
  • 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + your birthday off (after 12 months service)

  • High levels of attention to detail in work
  • Basic IT skills able to use MS Outlook
  • This position would be ideal for anyone with previous face to face customer service experience such as retail, hospitality or housekeeping.

As the Customer Host, your responsibilities will include:
Housekeeping

  • Carrying out routine checks on communal areas
  • Cleaning restrooms, restocking dispensers, and emptying bins
  • Monitor tea and coffee supplies in communal areas and ensure always well stocked
Customer Service

  • Dealing with client requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Covering front desk when required, meeting and greeting visitors and answering phones on behalf of clients
Meeting Rooms

  • Providing refreshments to all meeting room occupiers
  • Cleaning and preparing meeting rooms at start of day and after each meeting

Job Types:

Salary:
£21,500.00 per year
