Overview of the role

We are looking to engage with a Mobilisation Consultant for a 6 week period starting ASAP.

As a Mobilisation Consultant, your key responsibility will be to facilitate the smooth transition and commencement of a new contract, supporting a global facilities management business during the mobilisation phase.

This position is an interim, spanning a duration of three months.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead endtoend mobilisation for new Facilities Management contracts, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with project objectives.
  • Contract Transition: Oversee service transfers, implementing best practices and solutions to optimise mobilisation processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, and providing regular updates for transparency and satisfaction.

TUPE:
Ensure adherence to regulations and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of TUPE in contract mobilisation.

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance to the mobilisation team, conduct training sessions, and create a collaborative, resultsdriven environment.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Mobilisation Consultant role within Facilities Management.
  • Indepth knowledge of mobilising FM contracts and familiarity with TUPE regulations.
  • Strong project management skills with a successful track record in contract transitions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
