Description
We are recruiting for a full time Security Officer on day shifts in the Neath area.

The applicant must be client focused, responsible for maintaining the day-to-day security requirements, maintaining a good corporate image and high standards of professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • To undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with management instructions.
  • Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to.
  • Assist staff and customers to the site when required.
  • Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas.
  • Site alarms
  • Internal & external foot patrols.
  • Employees are also required to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required.

Personal Requirements

To be considered for this position you must:

  • Hold a valid frontline SIA Licence.
  • Smart and confident.
  • Have a demonstrable and experienced knowledge of the security industry.
  • Have knowledge of using IT systems
  • Have excellent communication skills to a high level in English both written and verbal.
  • Have unrestricted right to work full time in the UK.
  • Adhere to BS7858 vetting and screening (minimum 5 years checkable history).
  • Be reliable, punctual and flexible.

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
