You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the established quality standards and specifications set by Pasta Evangelists.

You will monitor and evaluate the production processes to identify any deviations or defects that may affect the final product's quality.


What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:


  • Carrying out quality checks on all the areas of the production line (finish products, raw material, fridges temperatures checks) and record on proper sheets
  • Record the traceability on the line
  • Coach team members to ensure they are able to carry out duties in a safe manner
  • Monitoring standards of personal hygiene, housekeeping, food safety, traceability, allergen
  • Check that the stock rotation (FIFO) is respected
  • Completing all forms accurately and promptly
  • Work side by side with the production and shift leaders to ensure that the food safety standard and the quality of the products are met
  • Following and understanding the HACCP procedures
  • Collecting and preparing any samples as and when requires
  • Assess key raw materials, work in progress components and finished product against written quality parameters

Who you are:


  • You have a background (studies or working experience) in
    food safety/quality
:


  • You have previous experience working in food manufacturing.
  • You are uptodate with national and industry standards and best practices.
  • You have excellent reporting and analytical skills.
  • You are a motivated individual with a handson approach as well as a good understanding of the principle and practices of food handling.
  • You don't turn a blind eye to issues, but instead you jump on them and have a strong desire to solve them.
